Utility Deposits & Fees
- Utility Deposits: $400 for residential
- $500 to $2,500 for small to large businesses (deposit based on potential usage of services)
- Reconnect Fee (per utility): $30 (Updated Reconnect Policy)
- Utility Tampering Reconnect Fee: $500 prior to restoration of utilities
Gas & Water Taps / Electric Hook-up
- Gas Taps: $300 (includes fast tap, anode less risers, poly pipe, and labor)
- $7,500 (2-inch commercial poly pipe)
- $1,500 (steel lines and parts)
- Water Taps: Pending Update, call for current prices (3/4 inch to 1-inch lines)
- Pending Update, call for current prices (2-inch lines plus cost of street boring)
- Rural Water Taps: Pending Update, call for current prices (includes $100 impact fee)
- Sewer Taps: Must Be Completed by Licensed Plumber
- Street Repair from Taps: $100 per ton of asphalt (subject to the cost)
- Stripped Water Valve Repair: $50 + supplies
- Electric Hook-ups: $100 labor + cost of pole + $250 meter box
Miscellaneous Fees & Charges
- Dumpster Rental: Cost vary by size. Call for pricing
- Limb Removal: $100 per load (cut in 4-foot lengths)
- Mowing of Property: $150 per hour per lot
- Weed Eating: $75 per hour per lot
